Inshore Flats
The Indian River Lagoon system stretches along Florida’s central
east coast and boasts enough types of inshore game fish to make any
angler’s knees shake. Large, high jumping Tarpon prowl the brackish
waters, while huge schools of Redfish beckon anglers with their coppery
tails. Spotted Sea Trout, Snook and a variety of other game fish inhabit
the flats of this world-class fishery.
This area of Central Florida offers both beginners and expert anglers
the opportunity to catch the fish of a lifetime!
Nearshore
The deep blue nearshore waters out of Cape Canaveral are home to a
multitude of large, mean-spirited game fish. Whether it’s trolling
for Mahi-Mahi, King Mackerel, and Wahoo, or live bait fishing the
reefs and wrecks for Grouper, Snapper, Amberjack, and Cobia, there
is always an opportunity to catch the fish of a lifetime! |
