Central Florida’s Space Coast’s Indian and Banana rivers
are estuaries that host large concentrations of Redfish and offer
some of the best fly fishing opportunities found on the east coast
of the US. If you enjoy the hunt as well as the catch, you’ve
come to the right place. Cape Canaveral is a fly fishing enthusiast's
dream with miles of quiet flats that host schools of Redfish, Snook,
Trout, and Tarpon. If it’s more your speed, you can cast to
Triple Tail, Jack Crevelle, Cobia, and Spanish Mackerel in the near
shore waters off of Kennedy Space Center. Come and enjoy a day of
fishing with Capt. Dave that you will remember forever!
All skill levels are welcome. If needed, Capt. Dave will patiently
instruct beginning fly fishermen in search of taking their first fish
on a fly.
A 7 or 8 weight rod is recommended for inshore, or a 9, 10 or 12 weight
for fishing the near shore waters. |
