Your deposit must be received within one week of booking to prevent your date from being rebooked. Once your deposit is received, Capt. Dave will call you to confirm your trip. *Capt. Dave reserves the right to waive the deposit requirement upon his discretion. Refund of Deposit Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received within 5 days of scheduled trip in order for deposit to be refunded. In the event that this requirement is not met, the deposit is forfeited. If the captain cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, etc.), you will be given the option to rebook on a different date. Additional Trip Information All trips are private charters and may include up to 4 anglers. All trips include bait, tackle, licenses, a cooler, and fish cleaning.
